Results from the Castle Hill School staff questionnaire. This was open to all Castle Hill School employees between 04-11/09/2025. There were 62 respondents - around half the staff team.
We are pleased with the positive response from our staff group, and we feel it overwhelmingly demonstrates our dedication to collaborative working. We will continue to promote our comprehensive wellbeing approach to all staff and promote further involvement and prominence from our Local Governing Committee.
